Rose Mary (Palmer) Palmer

Miss Rose Mary Palmer of Tifton, 72, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Tift Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 6, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Albritton Funeral Directors, with the Reverend Lloyd Stembridge officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, September 5 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Albritton Funeral Directors.  Interment will follow the funeral service at Turner Church Cemetery.

Keith Rogers, Clark Sumner, Wallace Hughes, Donnie Burns, Danny Espinoza, Tim Duckworth and Caleb Gillespie will serve as pall bearers.

Miss Palmer was born on November 8, 1946 in Berrien County to the late Harold Palmer and Reba Walker Palmer.

She attended the Enigma Church of God and was a cab driver for Grab-A-Cab and loved to drive.  She also worked as a truck driver for Southern Muffler Company.  Miss Palmer loved to garden, fish and work puzzles.

Miss Palmer is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Becky and Keith Rogers of Abbeville, brother-in-law, Ronald Burns of Enigma; nieces, nephews, Donnie Burns, Denise Burns, Monty Burns, Prissy Bombardier, Nick Bombardier, Mack A. Bryant, III and Joseph Bryant; and close friends.

In addition to her parents, Miss Palmer was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sudie Kate Livingston, her brother Mack A. Bryant, Jr., step-father Mack A. Bryant, Sr., her sister Laverne Burns and nephew Raymond Burns.
