Mary Ann (Law) McDaniel

Mrs. Mary Ann Law McDaniel, 79, of Tifton, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at her residence.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M, Monday, April 3, 2023 at Oakridge Cemetery Rev. Tim Harsey officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:30 P.M at Albritton Funeral Directors.

Mrs. McDaniel was born July 29, 1943 in Macon County, Georgia to the late Minor Everett Law, Sr., and Lora Dell Jones Law.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Jesse George Cox, her brothers, Minor Everett Law, Jr., John David Law and Billy Wayne Law, Sr. Mary Ann loved deer hunting, watching the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves with her husband. She also loved collecting Teddy bears and was loved by all who knew her. Mary Ann was a member of the Tift Avenue Missionary Baptist Church of Tifton.  

Mrs. McDaniel is survived by her husband of forty years, Johnny “Mack”  Howard McDaniel of Tifton; her son, Jackie Lee Cox (Kathy) of Panama City, FL.; her step-daughter, Ann Hobbs (Keith) of Texas; her sister, Mary Lou Conklin (Doug) of Covington, GA.; her brothers, Benny Law (Donna) of Punta Gorda, FL., James D. Law (Theresa) of Millington, TN., Andy Law (Alona) of Perry, GA., and Thomas M. Law (Laurie) of Ellaville, GA.; six grandchildren, Stephen Cox, Chris Cox, Greg Cox, Sky Cox, Shawn Cox and Harley Cox; brother-in-law, Jimmy McDaniel; sisters-in-law, Wilma Palmer and Imogene Law and numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
