James "Jim" Robert Sanderson

Mr. James “Jim” Robert Sanderson, 68, of Tifton passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at his residence.

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 2:00 to 3:30 P.M. at Albriton Funeral Directors.

Mr. Sanderson was born August 20, 1953 in Evergreen, North Carolina to the late Charles Robert Sanderson and Mary Grace Nance Sanderson. Jim was a graduate of Lumberton High School in Lumberton, North Carolina. He was retired from the Logistics Marine Base in Albany as a welder.  Jim was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish.

Mr. Sanderson was survived by his wife of thirty-eight years, Patricia Scott Sanderson; his daughter Rebecca and Craig Moore of Manor, Georgia; his son, James Robert “Bobby” Sanderson, II of Jonesboro, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Emily Grace Scott, Clark Patrick Sanderson and C. J. Moore.
