Obituary
Ian Anthony Medina, 10, of Lenox, GA, passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at Children’s Hospital of Atlanta.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M., Saturday, July 22, 2023, at Our Divine Savior Catholic Church with Father Alfonso Gutierrez and Father Peter Oyenugba officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., Friday, July 21, 2023, at the Chapel of Albritton Funeral Directors.
Ian was born on October 1, 2012 to David and Maria Medina. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Maria Delacruz Marrero and Jose Medina.
Ian was a lovely young boy who loved fishing, playing his Nintendo switch, going to his favorite store Buccee’s, and making people smile. He enjoyed trucks, music, and horses. His family was most important to him and he made everyone feel special.
Ian is survived by his parents, David and Maria Medina of Lenox, GA; his two brothers, Juan David Medina Jr. and Rogelio Medina of Lenox, GA; and his maternal grandparents, Anita and Isidro Hernandez; many aunts, uncles, and extended family.
