Mrs. Cynthia Davis Smith Johnson, 66, of Tifton, formerly of Valdosta passed away on Monday, May 18, 2020 at her residence.
A private family graveside service will be held at Brushy Creek Cemetery near Ocilla with Eulogies given by her family.
Mrs. Johnson was born October 3, 1953 in Ocilla, Georgia to Harmon Joseph “Joe” Davis and the late Florence Spicer Davis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Danny Reed Smith. Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker. Cyndy grew up in Tifton and attended Tift County Schools. She enjoyed crafts such as sewing, crocheting, baking cakes and cooking in general. She loved her family, loved to shop, talk on the phone and fish.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband Bobby Lee Johnson of Tifton to whom she was married for thirty-four years; five daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa Roberson of Fitzgerald, Danette and John Diakogiannis, Fitzgerald, Michelle Smith Hulvey of Jacksonville, Florida, Becky and Darrell Stone of Cochran and Bobbie “Boo” Johnson of Tifton; one son, Brannon Brown of Texas; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Debra and Rev. Donnie Wright and Jodi and Jimmy Tomberlin all of Tifton.
