Charles "Wayne" Willis, 56, of Tifton died unexpectedly on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at a memorial visitation at Albritton Funeral Directors.
Wayne was born on March 13, 1967, in Moultrie, Georgia. He was the son of the late Mr. Charles Cleveland Willis and Mrs. Laverne Wilson Willis.
Charles Wayne graduated school from Colquitt County High School in 1986. He worked as a converting associate at Hood Packaging in Tifton. When has was not working, he enjoyed his privacy and being outdoors, gardening, and enjoying nature, along with spending time with animals. He had a green thumb and he could grow anything.
Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law Barbara and Peter Zeitler of Apex, North Carolina and his niece Elisabeth Zeitler of Seattle Washington.
